Our Services

Corporate Intelligence Sales Support (CISS)
(Partner Service)

Fast-track detection of genuinely interested clients and mitigation of external data collection by rival entities and bot networks.

Modern sales pipelines are under constant pressure from traffic and enquiries that were never going to convert — and, increasingly, from activity that is not genuine interest at all. Competitors run reconnaissance on pricing pages and proposal requests, scraper and bot networks harvest from submissions and contact details and low-intent enquiries consume the time of sales and pre-sales teams that could be spent on real buyers. RRG's Corporate Intelligence Sales Support service sits alongside the sales function to separate signal from noise.

Contact Data Intent Scanning (CDIS)
(Partner Service)

Detecting concealed or falsified contact information before it enables fraud or harm.

Fraud and predatory behaviour increasingly begin with a simple deception: a phone number or email address that isn't genuinely the applicant's, buyer's, seller's, or match's own. Burner numbers, secondary SIMs, and disposable email addresses let bad actors hide their true identity and location at the exact point where trust is being extended — a credit application, an online purchase, a dating match. RRG's Contact Data Intent Scanning (CDIS) service screens contact information at the point of intake to surface this kind of concealment before it develops into fraud, default, or physical harm.

Mobile Device Intelligence (MDI)
(Partner Service)

Turning mobile app behaviour into actionable security and planning intelligence.

Internal and client-facing mobile applications generate a constant stream of behavioural and location data that most organisations only partially use — and rarely connect to their broader security and planning functions. RRG's Mobile Device Intelligence (MDI) service is built for organisations equipped with an internal mobile app and/or a client-facing mobile app, turning that behavioural data into a structured intelligence layer that supports everything from CPO-focused planning to time-critical Search & Rescue (S&R) operations.

Insider Threat Detection

Supplementing insider threat detection during pre-employment and pre-contractor screening and supporting honesty maintenance across the employee and contractor lifecycle.

The greatest risk to many organisations does not come through the perimeter — it walks in through the front door as a new employee, contractor, or supplier representative. Standard background checks (criminal record, credit, qualification verification) establish a baseline but were never designed to surface deception, conflicts of interest, or behavioural red flags that indicate a heightened insider risk. RRG's Insider Threat Detection service is built to supplement — not replace — existing screening programs, adding a deeper intelligence layer at the points where risk is created.

External Data Exposure (EDE)
Managed Services

Detecting, risk-rating, and consulting on pending operational disruptions against or by clientele, employees, contractors, and/or executive structures.

Every organisation and the people connected to it, leaves a growing footprint of exposed data across breach dumps, forums, social platforms, and open sources. Left unmanaged, that exposure becomes an early-warning failure — the organisation is the last to know about a disruption that outsiders and sometimes insiders, saw coming. EDE Managed Services is RRG's ongoing monitoring and consulting function, purpose-built to catch that exposure before it turns into an operational incident.

Corporate Intelligence as a Service (CIAAS)

Corporate investigations into known persons and/or companies of interest.

CIAAS is engaged when the organisation already knows who it needs to understand — a named counterparty, a prospective partner, an investment target, a senior candidate, or a company already on the radar for commercial, legal, or reputational reasons. RRG conducts structured, evidence-based investigations into these named subjects, drawing on corporate registries, litigation and regulatory records, financial indicators, media and reputational history and relevant open-source intelligence.

Global Data Services (GDS)

Corporate investigations into unknown persons and/or companies of interest.

Where CIAAS starts with a name, GDS starts with a question. GDS is engaged when the organisation knows something has happened — or is at risk of happening — but does not yet know who is behind it: an anonymous threat, an unattributed leak, an unidentified competitor undercutting a tender, or unexplained activity connected to the business. RRG applies broader discovery-led investigative techniques across global data sources to identify and attribute the unknown parties involved.
